What is your fee?
Fees for staffing can vary greatly depending on your business needs, type of staff and placement. We also have some contractual options to help reduce fees and allow your business to operate as cost-effective as possible, without sacrificing great talent.
Direct Placement – This is generally a one time fee. Industry standard fees can range from 20-35% of the annual salary. In our case they are negotiable depending on the search criteria and volume.
Contract Staffing – This is an all-inclusive hourly rate that can be structured as a fixed bill rate, like most of our competitors. But we also offer a more transparent option of a fixed markup of 60% above the pay rate. That way if we end up finding candidates for less than the top of the range, you save.
Do you do direct placement, contract staffing, PRN work?
Valeo Resources’ mission is to help you regardless of your needs. Services like Direct Placement, Contract Staffing and PRN are all part of our services. In addition to this we also offer RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing). We refer to this as “Rent-a-recruiter” so you have someone dedicated to helping you staff short term or long.

Do you offer contingency services?
Contingency is part of our standard process. All direct placements come are structured on a contingent basis so you know we are here to help you for the long term. Essentially, we are willing to do the work and only get paid when we deliver what you need.

What happens if a candidate quits or is terminated? Do we get a replacement or lose the money?
We offer a replacement guarantee with every placement. If the candidate does not work out, within the agreed upon time frame, we replace them free of charge. Position elimination does not entitle you to a replacement.
What is your turnaround time?
Our estimated time to delivery is always ‘as fast as we can without sacrificing your needs.’ Although this seems like it’s a non-answer, it’s as honest as we can be. We strive to cover the job with qualified candidates within one week. But client responsiveness, demographics, location and requirements all have a huge impact on how quickly we can fulfill your needs. We have placed people almost on the same-day, other times its weeks.

How many candidates are you able to get us?
Our expertise has shown us that having 3-5 candidates is a magic number for making a quick decision that gives amazing results. Behind the scenes we are working with a national pool of candidates and tight connections in the industry. This means we are sifting through all of the wrong candidates to find you the right one. Once we narrow this down, you are delivered a set of candidates so you can make the right decision.
